All journey quotes are approximate based on mileage, time, congestion, out of pocket expenditure, type of car and service required.
All journey get quoted by considering the best possible shortest route, However extra charges will be applied if there is any variations.
If a Taxi / cab driver get occupied beyond the said booking time, whether accidently or intentionally, Extra charges will be applied accordingly.
For all Airport pick-up the customer is subject for Car park payments and Waiting time, however we online monitor the flight where flight details are given.
For Meet & Greet Extra £5 and car park charge will be added on original price which give 45 minutes waiting after landing for free.
All Taxi bookings must be made through office and not with Taxi / cab driver. No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with a reference number. It is illegal for a Taxi / cab driver to pick up without job being pre booked by email or phoning the office.
Any cancellation could be made without any charge prior to the time of dispatch i-e approx 2 hrs before. Hwever, cancellations not informed up to 2 hours prior to time of booking will incur 100% of the booking price.
Damages & Liability:
Ezy Cars shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Ezy Cars be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
The Taxi Company is not responsible for any damage caused during loading or uploading passenger belongings. In the case of any damage sustained to the company’s property or vehicles by customer, The customer will liable for all costs that includes damage repair, vehicle cleaning, and loss of earning.
The Taxi Company shall not be liable for any property left in a vehicle provided to a customer. However any item found will be held in the company’s office and every effort will be made to return the item to the customer.
Right To Refuse:
The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or object that the company deems to be likely to cause the driver or his vehicle any damage.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). However the record could be used in order to protect our customers and us from fraud, theft and any illegal activities.
Calls may be recorded to verify content and may be used together with other customer records for regulatory compliance, quality control and staff training, preventing or detecting criminal activity and for complaint resolution.
